This is an internet retail business offering leather and metal armor located in Odum, GA. The business has earned an ‘F’ rating due to a pattern of serious unanswered complaints. BBB has received 35 complaints, 30 of which have been unanswered by the business.
Complainants allege that once payments are made to the company, contact with the company becomes difficult or ceases altogether. Consumers report not receiving the ordered product and because the company is upfront about the long turnaround for custom items consumers are unable to dispute credit card or bank charges.
